Roller Burnishing Tool Overview

ACI offers roller tools in several materials you may be familiar with: Nylon, Acetal and Phenolic. What makes our product line unique however is Duraspin - an advanced roller burnishing tool material with exceptionally high compressive strength and excellent wear resistance, even at high temperatures. Duraspin maintains its strength and stiffness during burnishing. Unlike other roller tool materials, Duraspin does not require water coolant. This means machinery is not exposed to liquid coolants making cleanup fast and easy.
